I did not need customer service for this item but the seller is awesome at responding and making sure you are happy! (from previous order) This is beautiful I have not given it to my friend yet (for her 15 years in recovery) but I think she will love it! It is beautiful! These are my favorite go to medallions for recovery friends! Oh and for myself too!

The coin itself is absolutely perfect. The customized engraving was exactly as I asked for. The only downside is that the display doesn't work exactly as intended - it's as if the coin is too heavy and thin for the plastic, so it slips down in the display and doesn't stay centered as pictured. The person who I gave the coin to an find other uses for it though, so all is not lost.

Thank you Adam!! I will be ordering more soon. Item is as described. He even made a little customization for me. Instead of a heart he put a little triangle in a circle like the AA symbol.
